The School of Leadership is a 14-month training programme dedicated to those who want to develop their leadership competencies in order to lead themselves and others in a more proficient way. During the programme we work mainly with workshop-training methods. The learning cycle is experience-cogitation-theory-practice. We provide individual and team support, including coaching and mentoring sessions. Participants gain extensive knowledge of interpersonal communication and work on overcoming their own limitations which benefits in creating close relations and creativity.

Strefa Zero is a christian conference inspired by the 62nd chapter of Isaiah, verse 6-7. The message and mission of Strefa Zero is based on 3 pillars: CHURCH, UNITY, LEADERSHIP. For 11 years the conference has been gathering leaders from all over Poland and from abroad. We meet with 1000-1500 people to inspire the Church to change. Ever since the beginning we hosted about 50 leaders from different churches and christian communities, a.o. Peter Hocken, Anders Gerdman, Ulf Ekman, Mary Healy, Sally and David Doery. From participants’ stories we know that Strefa Zero is a place of renewal and “new beginning” for many christians.

Metanoia Camp is a time of rest, relationship and formation. To our community’s camp we invite everyone who wants to spend a part of their vacation with us and simultaneously wants to spend more time with Father in Heaven. At the camp we have time for prayer, Eucharist, small groups, worship as well as time for swimming, playing football, kayaking and lying on the grass.

In our Kiosk everyone will find something for themselves. We create modern gadgets with a Christian message, we sell valuable books and provide many preachings. We believe that even a cap, a mug or a poster are the perfect way to proclaim the Gospel.

We see great potential in the next generation. That’s why we want to invest in the personal and spiritual development of the youth. The aim of Omega’s activities is to reach teenagers with the Gospel, creating a space where they can grow in faith and establish close and sincere relationships. We want to create various types of initiatives and workshops to support the development of their talents as well as mental and emotional well-being.

“Metanojki” are meetings dedicated to children. Each Sunday during the main service, children have their special time when through playing, singing, dancing and other activities they learn about the Bible and learn about their relationship with Jesus.

“The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective” (Jacob 5,16).
We believe that prayer based on the Word of God has the power to bring the expected result. There is an intercession service in our community, which meets every other Tuesday and presents to God all the intentions of people from the community and people from outside.

Alpha is a series of meetings that aim to explain the basics of the Christian faith. Each of these meetings focuses on a different faith-related topic and offers an opportunity for an open discussion. Alpha is a meeting for anyone who is curious about the Christian faith. All Alpha meetings include three permanent elements: a meal, a lecture and a discussion, which makes them a unique experience of spiritual development.
